Refund policy
To ensure a smooth process for any concerns, we require a clear, unedited video of the unboxing of your order upon receipt.
We can only process a refund or replacement if the following criteria are met:

For Damaged Products: The unboxing video clearly shows the damage to the product. Upon verification, a replacement will be shipped to you.

For Missing Products: The unboxing video clearly shows that a product is missing after all packages have been opened. Once confirmed, the missing product will be shipped to you at the earliest.
Please note: We do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
All issues regarding damaged or missing products must be brought to our attention within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order for rectification.
